Digital Services Refund Policy

Refunds for digital services, including but not limited to software, digital downloads, online courses, and digital consultations, are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Digital services are considered delivered upon successful download, access provision, or service completion. Once the 7-day period has elapsed, no refund claims will be entertained regardless of the circumstances.
Note: The 7-day period begins from the moment you gain access to the digital service, not from the payment date.
Refund Authentication Process
NuraV Tech reserves the right to authenticate and verify all refund requests through our internal review process. The company will:
- Thoroughly investigate the reasons provided for the refund request
- Verify the legitimacy of the claim
- Review usage patterns and service delivery records
- Make the final decision based on company policies and guidelines
Final Decision Authority: The right to approve or deny refund requests lies solely with NuraV Tech. Our decision will be final and binding.
Refund Processing Method
In cases where NuraV Tech decides to initiate a refund after successful authentication:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 days
- Refunds will be processed to the bank account number provided by the customer
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 days.
- Account details will be collected via email correspondence or phone call verification
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days after account verification
- Customers must provide accurate banking information for successful transfer

Physical Goods Refund Policy
Refunds for physical products are subject to the following mandatory requirements:
- Product Return: The item must be physically returned to NuraV Tech
- Condition Verification: Returned products will undergo thorough inspection
- Good Condition Requirement: Products must be found to be in acceptable condition upon inspection
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Product Condition Assessment
Refund approval for physical goods is strictly based on the condition of the returned product. Our quality assessment team will examine returned items for:
